Are you a Formostar original customer that currently owns a Formostar but would like to upgrade your Formostar to our new Encore series single or dual machine?  If so, we are currently offering a trade-in program  where you could send us your Formostar infrared body wrap system (in good working condition) and receive a $3,500.00 trade-in credit towards a purchase of brand new Formostar Encore machine at retail price.

The trade-in credit is valid upon receipt of your used Formostar system. If your Formostar system is determined to have 2 or more infrared treatment pads that are not working, we reserve the right to adjust the trade-in value.
